We’re glad to share that Outcome is launching a strategic partnership with Maasai Wilderness Conservation Trust (MWCT), using deep agentic analysis to help MWCT prove its impact in real time and unlock long-term funding tied to results, built on its own data and led by its own team. For more than 25 years, MWCT has been demonstrating what community-led conservation looks like when the people closest to the land are empowered to lead it. Building a nature-based landscape economy

MWCT’s work across Kenya’s Amboseli–Chyulu–Tsavo landscape proves a simple principle that now sits at the heart of global climate and biodiversity finance: conservation only endures when the people who own the land are financially better off protecting it than fragmenting, converting or selling it. Today, it is building one of Africa’s most compelling landscape economies, where Maasai stewardship of land, wildlife, carbon, water and culture generates lasting income, resilience and prosperity. The land connecting Amboseli and Tsavo National Parks, including the Chyulu Hills and the water systems more than seven million people depend on, is Maasai-owned community land. MWCT works with Maasai landowners to protect, restore and unlock the value of this living corridor through conservancies, carbon finance, regenerative tourism, sustainable grazing, landscape restoration, soil health and emerging water finance.
